The attention queue
The attention queue inverts that. It surfaces only what genuinely needs a decision, and lets the rest proceed.
What lands in the queue#
Medley asks before anything sensitive:
- Publishing something.
- Sending outbound messages.
- Spending money.
- Contacting people.
Everything else runs inside the guardrails you set during the interview.
Why it scales#
The queue scales with your fleet rather than with the number of agents. Ten workers running cleanly produce no queue items; one worker hitting a sign-off gate produces one. You read exceptions, not status.
Granting more autonomy#
You decide the pace. Start with tight gates, widen them for the work you have watched succeed. Medley does not act outside the permission you have given.
